Dougie James
Dougie James is delete justifiably Manchester’s very own ‘Master of Soul’ – a singing sensation whose career continues to shine. From supporting the Jackson Five on their Peacock Tour with his band, The Soul Train, to working throughout the eighties with legends Roy Orbison, Frank Sinatra and Edwin Starr, Dougie James needs little introduction.
Having recently supported James Brown, UK soul singer Dougie James is a well known face on the circuit. Talent runs in the family as his two actor sons are making their own names for themselves as Ryan Thomas in Coronation Street and Donte Charles from Waterloo Road.
